Easter & Christmas, Make the Connection

Easter and Christmas are the two holidays that most people associate with Christianity, and for good reason. One cannot happen without the other. If Jesus had not been born, we would have nothing to celebrate at Christmas Time. And, if He would not have died on the cross and risen on the third day, their would be no reason to celebrate either holiday.

Keep it in perspective. Help those who are not familiar with what Christianity is about to make the connection.

One other thing. While Jesus' death on the cross for our sins is a vital part of the Christian message, don't neglect the Resurrection. It may seem silly to mention, but I have seen witnessing efforts (too often) that stop with the crucifixion.

The real reason to celebrate the Easter season, is to celebrate the Resurrection of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He is a Living God!! Rejoice and share the whole message of the Gospel with those you love, and your enemies too!
